While many mainstream candles are made using paraffin — a byproduct of the petrochemical industry — L’ANTIDOTE candles are crafted entirely from 100% vegetable waxes, specifically European-sourced sunflower and rapeseed wax. These waxes are GMO-free and cultivated without the use of harmful pesticides, ensuring both environmental responsibility and human safety.

At the heart of each candle is a fragrance meticulously developed in Grasse, France — the world’s perfume capital — by a renowned perfume house. These fragrance oils are vegan, completely free of DEP (diethyl phthalate), and contain no directly added synthetic CMR substances (compounds classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic to reproduction). This ensures that L’ANTIDOTE candles offer an olfactory experience that is as safe as it is luxurious.

The wicks are equally thoughtful: they are made from unbleached, chlorine-free cotton, maintaining purity and promoting a cleaner burn.

Every candle is poured and finished by hand in their atelier located in Maussane-les-Alpilles, Provence — a region celebrated for its artisanal traditions and natural beauty. This artisanal process ensures exceptional quality and minimizes environmental impact at every stage of production.
