Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches (2-3)
  • Burrata cheese (1-2 balls)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash your peaches and slice them into wedges.
  • Place some salad greens on a big plate or platter.
  • Break the burrata into chunks and put them on top of the greens.
  • Arrange the peach slices around the burrata.
  • Tear up some fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over everything.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • If you want, you can add a splash of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  • Your salad is now ready to eat! You can enjoy it as is, or use it as a topping for toast. It’s perfect for a summer meal or snack.
  • Remember, you can adjust the amounts based on how many people you’re serving. Feel free to add more peaches or burrata if you like!
